Pain, injury and rehabExercisePhysical therapy and rehabChronic pain

David Kuckhermann demonstrates a series of stretching exercises designed to prevent and alleviate wrist pain, tendinitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

A couple of exercises to help prevent and/or cure injuries such as tendinitis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Best to consult with a doctor while doing the exercises. The first sequence of exercises was shown to me by Dr. Gerd Schnack. ▶MY ONLINE COURSES◀ ☞ Handpan 101 - Get Started for Free: bit.ly/handpan101 ☞ Level 1-3 Handpan Courses: handpandojo.com ☞ Percussion Courses: wpa.worldpercussion.net ▶FREE PERCUSSION LOOPS:◀ bit.ly/percussionloops ▶SUPPORT ME / NOTATION PDFs / BACKING TRACKS◀ Patreon: patreon.com/David_K ▶MY MUSIC◀ youtube.com/watch?v=ZjvLzLmetlI&list=PL7F90A4714855798C ▶CONNECT WITH ME ONLINE◀ - facebook.com/kuckhermann/ - handpandojo.com/ - worldpercussion.net - youtube.com/davidkuckhermann Feel free to contact me via email at david@handpandojo.com ─────────────────────────── Thank you for listening! On “Ask HN: RSI is getting really bad”

I've been doing these stretches a few times a day for the past several years, since I first felt RSI coming on. It's helped significantly. Whenever I start to feel wrist/hand pain, I know I've been slacking on them. link to this video

On “Ask HN: What ergonomic solutions are you using?”

Look into stretching exercises. This video saved me from debilitating hand and wrist pain. I'm sure there are similar exercises you can perform for forearm, elbow, shoulder, etc.. link to this video
