We reached out to the Canadian Association of Nuclear Medicine for their comments regarding what Dr. Amen says at . They responded with the following statement on December 12th 2025: “At this time, CANM considers that the guidelines require further rigorous review and validation through an independent, expert-led editorial and peer-review process. Doctor Mike's interview challenging Dr. Amen's pseudoscientific grifting is well worth your time From my perspective as a public health professional in behavioral health policy, I thought this was a great way for Doctor Mike to use his platform and reach to push back against Amen's nonsense, but I'd love to hear any thoughts from the more clinical or research-oriented folks in this sub.
